This website is operated by Larkfold, a store operated by Spainlink Development Solutions S.L. ("we", "us", "our"). Products and orders

We sell home decor and art prints for delivery within the United States. All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where fraud is suspected, a product was mispriced due to an error, or an item becomes unavailable; if we cancel after payment, you receive a full refund. Product images are as accurate as screens allow; minor variations in color between screen and print can occur.

Payment

Payment is collected at checkout through our payment providers. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping times and terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided; please make sure it's correct at checkout.

Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which offers 30-day returns on all products except gift cards.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including artwork, product designs, images, and text, is owned by or licensed to Spainlink Development Solutions S.L. and may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without our written permission. Purchasing a print grants you personal, non-commercial use of the physical item only.

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to interfere with its operation, or to submit false or misleading information.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our products and site are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing affects statutory consumer rights.
